| The ASI-191 Instrument Test Set is designed to provide a convenient, self-contained means of testing Collins 3298-6/7/8 series Flight Directors and 331A-6/7 series Course Indicators. When the ASI-191 is used in conjunction with the ASI-167 (978F-2S) Synchro Simulator and ASI-166 (479X-2) Resolver Zeroing Panel, circuits are provided to check synchro zeroing and phasing, open and closed loop servo response and accuracy, meter movement sensitivity/polarity, integral lighting, and mode switch operation. The ASI-191 is supplied with the General Overlay. |
