Warranty Information for Overhauled and Certified Test Equipment
Avionics Specialist, Inc, (ASI) products are warranted against defects in workmanship and material under the normal use for which intended for one year from the date of purchase. ASI certifies that its products are thoroughly tested and calibrated to meet its published specifications, traceable to the National Bureau of Standards where applicable, when shipped from the factory.

The ASI limit of liability shall be to repair or replace the product at their discretion, with transportation charges to the ASI factory being prepaid.

This warranty shall not apply to any ASI product which has been repaired or altered in any way so as to adversely affect the performance or reliability, or which has been subject ot misuse, contamination, negligence, or accident.

ASI shall not be liable for consequential or other damages or expenses.

This warranty is in lieu of al other warranties, expressed or implied.

ASI reserves the right to make design changes, additions to, and improvements in its products without obligation to install such in products previously manufactured.
