| Operational Description: |

| The ASI-161 facilitates calibration of both manual and automatic VOR converters and the VOR section of RNA V units. The test panel has a built in meter to monitor the To-From output. The ASI-161 provides stable and accurate omni bearing selector signals in 30? increments and can be used with either EZ (400 Hz) and ORZ (30 Hz) resolver systems. See the ASI-190 for a Track Selector that is functionally equivalent to the 479V-3 but that will allow omni bearing selection in 0.2? increments. |
