| The ASI-61 ADF Antenna Simulator provides the simulated directional ADF signal required for testing, alignment, and troubleshooting the Collins ADF-60(), ADF-462() and DFR-206() Receivers. The ASI-61 works in conjunction with the Collins 970G (ASI-185), 970G-2 (ASI-375-1) or ASI-200-10/ ASI-2000 for complete function testing of the ADF receiver. The optional ASI-18-5D cable is used to interface the ASI-61W to the 970G-1 (ASI-185) or 970G-2 (ASI-375-1). The ASI-61 is functionally interchangeable with the Collins 970W-1 specified in the test procedures for these receivers. An external RF signal is applied to the front panel BNC connector while the UUT connector is used to interface to the ASI-60 ADF test panel using the cables listed in the optional equipment section. The ASI-61 is manufactured in a standard 19" wide rack mount chassis. See the ASI-61W for a control head size version of the ASI-61. |
