| Operational Description: |

| The ASI-1005, when used in conjunction with the ASI-1004, is designed to test the Garrett 627098 and 627100 Pressure Sensors. This test panel is devoted entirely to pneumatic control. Source pressure is introduced into the test panel and applied to the unit under test through fittings on the front of the panel. The inlet valve is used to increase pressure and the bleed valve is used to decrease pressure as required. A variable volume pressure control is used to make fine pressure adjustments. Internal over pressure switches protect against inadvertent over pressurization of the unit under test. Pipe assemblies (ASI-10-05X) required to connect the ASI-1005 to the pressure sensors are included with the test panel. |
