| The ASI-417-1 Electronic Flight Display System Test Panel is a rack mounted system used to test and calibrate the EFIS-84/-85/-86 Systems. The test panel also provides capability to align the EFIS indicators. This alignment includes setting the gains and intensities to matching characteristics between indicators. The optional ASI-417-1(CTS-858) EFD/MFD Gain Position Calibrator is required to verify proper operation of the ASI-417-1. The ASI-417-1 includes the three cables required to test the EFD--84/-85/-86 and the MFD-85 EFIS Displays. the ASI-417-2 is identical to the ASI-417-1 except that is does not include the test cables. |
