| The ASI-289 Output Monitor Test Panel is a rack mounted unit designed to test the Collins CTL-( ) series of controls. The ASI-289 is available in two configurations: ASI-289-1 (CTS-231) and ASI-289-2 (CTS-232). The two panels are similar except that the ASI-289-2 provides the following functions (not provided by ASI-289-1):
1. Provides testing capability of the CTL-( ) NCS interface circuits (Generates NCS clock and data inputs).
2. Contains protection circuit that prevents accidental damage to CTL-( ) 5 volt panel and tune lights. |
