Operational Description:
The ASI-201 ADF System Test Set, when used with other standard test equipment, provides a complete portable test station for the DF-203 ADF System. The Test Set is housed in a rugged transit/storage case, but it can also be easily removed and installed in a standard 19 inch rack. A user supplied 614L-8/ARN-83 Control is required for proper operation of the Test Set.

The ASI-201-2(477U-3) is the commercial version of the ASI-201-1(AN/ARM-93) and is identical in form, fit, and function. The only difference is the model number and the part number stamped on the identification tag. See ASI-201-1 for picture of ASI-201-2.
